Terms.

All booked appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancelled or 'no show' appointments that have not been given a minimum of 24 hours notice, are subject to 100% fee charge.
All cancellations must be made by phone or voice mail. No cancellations via text message or email will be accepted as such.

All booked appointments are payable on or before the start of each session.

The 3 Session-Initial packages purchased, are valid for the same horse only. No substitutions. All 3 sessions are scheduled within a 2-week period only, and cannot be used outside the 2-week time frame.    
The 3 Session-Maintenance packages are valid for the same horse only. No substitutions. These 3 sessions are scheduled with a maximum of 4 weeks in between sessions and cannot be used outside this maximum 4-week interval time frame.
All sales are final. Any exceptions to these terms are at the sole discretion of Marcella Smit.
